Meet our Collaborative, Trusted Farm Partner

We are proud to partner with 6M Ranch, a local farm located in Townville, whose values and commitment to exceptional animal care mirror our own. Many of the beautiful Highland cattle you see at our events come from their herd, and together, we bring a truly unforgettable experience to families across the Upstate.

Their expertise, stewardship, and passion for raising quality cattle make them an essential part of the Roaming Ranch experience.

Why we choose 6M Ranch

We choose to collaborate with 6M Ranch because their values, quality, and care align perfectly with everything we believe in. Their Highlands are consistently well-bred, well-handled, and raised with the same level of intention and integrity that we expect for our own herd. The McAlister family pours genuine knowledge, time, and heart into their cattle, and it shows in their temperament, their health, and their overall presence. Partnering with 6M Ranch allows us to offer families access to exceptional cattle, trusted genetics, and animals that have been raised with kindness from day one. Their professionalism, honesty, and passion make them a partner we are proud to stand beside.

What we do together

Together, Paxton Cattle & Company and 6M Ranch combine our strengths to bring families the very best of Highland cattle and unforgettable animal experiences. Nearly all of our Highlands and Highparks are purchased directly from their ranch, allowing us to offer a wider variety of beautifully raised cattle for families looking to grow their herd. Our partnership also provides gentle, well-handled animals that join us for petting zoos, photoshoots, and community events. By working side by side, we’re able to share resources, knowledge, and high standards of care—ensuring that every animal we present is healthy, calm, and loved. Whether you're searching for your next calf or enjoying a magical moment with our minis, our collaboration with 6M Ranch helps us deliver exceptional quality and memories that last.
